MMAD is a unique grassroots charity that exists to change young lives through the power of music and mentoring.
We create a sense of family for these vulnerable young people and offer a creative safe-haven where they are not only supported in breaking negative cycles, they are empowered to use their own unique talents to make a difference within the wider community.

In 2017, the Golden Stave will celebrate its 39th Anniversary. Over this period the Australian Music and Entertainment Industries and associated organisations have generously helped us raise over $14 million dollars for 50 plus Children’s Charities in NSW.
Nordoff Robbins
Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Australia is an inspirational, not-for-profit organisation providing Clinical Music Therapy and Community Music Programs. We deliver outstanding health outcomes for our clients and transform their lives through music.
Our network of highly trained and accredited music therapists works with people of all ages and with a wide range of abilities and conditions. We deliver thousands of music therapy sessions per year in (aged) care homes, community settings, hospitals, (special needs) schools, disability organisations and our own centres. We also offer a rich diversity of workshops and professional supervision/education forums.
Support Act
Support Act remains the only charity in Australia providing an emergency service for artists and music workers. Our service is offered with understanding, without judgement and in complete confidence.
